本机台是一台自动生产PP无纺布口罩本体片的机器。此机器是以PP无纺布，熔喷布和鼻线为原料，利用**音波熔合可制作三折四折及各种不同类型折景的1--5层口罩本体片；包括自动送料鼻线插入、切断、折景、包边全自动化，制作出来的口罩本体片一致且产量高。							
HM100-1 is a unit of mask body making machine, which use polypropylene (P.P.) spun-bonded, melt-blown fabrics and nose-wire coated with plastic as raw materials and ultrasonic device as media and tool to seal and product the flat mask body with 3 and 4 pleats, that is the basic element to constitute of different type of flat face mask.The mask blank machine can make the mask body separate at 2, 3, 4, at most 5 layers of difference materials in consistent and stable production speed.
