本机台是一台专业生产纯棉水刺布化（卸）妆棉的全自动机器，设备从原料到自动输送，加温焊接，自动裁切，废料收卷，自动排列成品出料全自动完成（可根据客户要求订做各种不同花纹），设备采用较恒定的油温加热方式，较稳定的机械式冷切方式，并以较合理的自动排列试定位排出成品，使原料的损耗降至较低，产品成本低效率高。							
This machine is a professional production of cotton spunlace technology (removing) makeup cotton automatic machinery and equipment to the automatic transmission from raw materials, heat welding, automatic cutting, waste rewinding, automatic discharge automatically arranges the finished product completed (various patterns can be customized according to customer requirements), the device uses the constant heating oil, the most stable mechanical cold-cut way, and the most reasonable arrangement automatically try to locate the discharge finished, so the loss of raw materials drop to a minimum, the products cheaply and efficiently.
